We primarily work with A380, ADC12, AlSi9Cu3, A356, and ZL101 aluminum alloys. We can also accommodate custom alloy specifications based on your mechanical property requirements. For zinc die casting, we use Zamak 3 and Zamak 5 alloys.

Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the part complexity and size. For standard die-cast parts, the typical MOQ ranges from 500 to 1,000 pieces. We also offer prototyping and small-batch production services for new product development.

Mold fabrication typically takes 25-45 days depending on complexity. Production lead time is 15-30 days after mold approval. We offer expedited services for urgent projects — please contact us for specific timelines.

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards. Our quality control process includes incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection using CMM, spectrometer, X-ray, and tensile testing equipment.

Yes, we ship to customers worldwide via sea freight, air freight, and express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We handle all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Our standard trade terms are FOB Ningbo or CIF destination port.

We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), STL, DWG, DXF, and PDF formats. Providing 3D CAD files along with 2D drawings with tolerances helps us deliver the most accurate quotation and DFM feedback.
